Laker saves the day when a Taxi crashes into Bell Green Coventry Building Society!
On Friday 10th December a Taxi careered off the road and into the front doors of Coventry Building Society’s busy Bell Green Branch causing a huge amount of damage and injuring two members of the public. During the lead up to Christmas it was an absolute must that the branch be open and as secure as possible to serve their customers in this busy time.
After receiving the call Laker responded immediately to the emergency. Working with Coventry Building Society and a number of other specialists – Lakers Jim Moloney took the lead and though ambitious coordinated a programme of works that saw the branch open and running within a week.
P.R Brown – Property Services and Maintenance Manager for Coventry Building Society has written ‘I would like to express my thanks for your company’s efforts during this emergency and in particular my appreciation to Mr Maloney for his diligence and professionalism at this time – along with co-works Mark Laley, Tim Warwick and the decorating team – who all showed concern, urgency and capability to get the job done. Your company has successfully enhanced it reputation through this contract as one offering reliability, professionalism and a customer focused approach’
Laker is extremely pleased to acknowledge and receive thanks from Coventry Building Society, as customer satisfaction is always our number one priority. Well done to all staff involved.
