With a focus on energy efficiency and affordable warmth, our long-term working partnership with London Borough of Hillingdon Council continues with the award of the contract to replace the commercial gas boiler at Triscott House Residential Care Home. This is the latest in a long line of gas, electrical and M&E services we have provided in the Borough of Hillingdon; and underlines the crucial role that excellent service delivery plays in developing durable partnerships.
Over recent years, we have completed numerous large scale boiler and heating replacements, helping to improve the energy efficiency and comfort for residents and the general public within the Borough. This latest win is testament to our Engineers and customer facing staff, demonstrating our commitment to customer care and can do attitude.
Our Engineers are currently undergoing refresher training on a range of topics including Customer Care, Safeguarding, and Equality and Diversity to further develop their skills and enhance our service delivery. We aim to excel in all areas of our service delivery – and do so with the highest standards of customer care.
