Our Equality and Diversity Programme is embedded not only in our recruitment policy but also our staff training programmes. We promote a ‘Fair Working Environment’ for all employees and support vocational training and apprenticeships, enabling staff to study for accredited qualifications such as NVQs and specialist training.
