A legacy in Housing Solutions.

Lakers foundations were originally created within the Social Housing sector nearly fifty years ago as a local maintenance service provider. Forming a significant part of our business, Laker offers the assurance of an impressive track record in delivering maintenance services and planned works throughout this sector.


We have extensive experience in providing housing solutions for our customers. We have successfully completed many housing improvements and refurbishments, ranging from responsive repairs, planned improvements, full kitchen and bathroom improvements and interior and exterior works.

We have an excellent customer care team responsible for ensuring all residents are treated with respect and are satisfied with the work being carried out. Working in a customer's home provides unique challenges that many find difficult to meet. Our approach recognises that we must provide a safe solution that allows our customers to live and work with minimal disruption.  


We operate a strict Code of Conduct for our operatives and supply chain partners for working in occupied properties and surrounding neighbourhoods. All Operatives are provided with and trained using our Operative Handbook, covering aspects of health & safety and conduct when working in a home

Services we offer

Services for social housing landlords include improvement and modernisation programmes, planned and cyclical works, responsive repairs, void works and energy solutions. 


Our experienced delivery teams are supported by robust systems and processes including innovative information and communications technology. We work with local leading material suppliers to guarantee that the finished product is of the highest quality. We deliver right first time, every time.
